If you missed out on being the Dragonborn...
If you have never played Skyrim, the Bethesda-produced RPG, then you have had 7 years to do so, but it is not too late. Skyrim is still one of the most played games on Steam 7 years after being released thanks to a loyal community and a great mod support.
You might think I am writing this article because Skyrim got ported to the Switch a few months ago, but thats not the case. I am actually talking about something much bigger that's generating a lot of hype inside of the Skyrim community.
If you know about it, you already guessed what I'm talking about, if you don't, get ready to have your mind blown. I am talking about a mod that has been in development for over a year, and is due later this year.
This mod is called SkyrimTogether, and it is going to allow you to play with more than 4 friends, and roam Skyrim freely with your friends, or not.
You will be able to complete quests together, clean dungeons, and it even fight each others if you feel like it.

Mods :
The mods that come from the creator kit should work on ST, but the ones from the Skyrim Script Extender might cause crashes, so i'd recommand you get rid of those.If you and your friends have the same mods, you will be able to see the same things, if not, they just won't see anything, so be careful with those.
Quests :
There will be no quest synch, but you can just take the same quests and do them at the same time, which ends up being the same thing.How many players in a party ?
Are you planning on setting up a fellowship and roam around with your mates to throw a ring into a pit of lava? Well technically, you can do that with up to 64 people, which is absolutely insane, even tho the creator of the mod do not recommand it since it might lead to some unstable service. Yet, if you guys feel like trying, go ahead.

Will it work on console?
Unfortunately, sorry console guys, this mod is only supported on PC, one more reason to get one and join the PC glorious community am I right?
When is it coming out?
There is no release date right now, but if you go ahead and look at their checklist, most of it is already crossed, so hopefully we might see a release later this year !
